Softer water, less limescale every day
SoftPure 25 reduces water hardness with its 25 litres of resin. It helps limit new limescale deposits on taps, shower screens and water-fed appliances.
Its electronic valve measures the volume of water used to control regeneration. A safety regeneration is also provided if the unit goes too long without regenerating. Outlet water hardness can be adjusted during installation to suit your home.
You spend less time cleaning white marks from taps and shower screens. The water flowing through your appliances is softer, which helps limit limescale formation. Once adjusted, the unit operates automatically: you mainly need to monitor the salt level and arrange maintenance.
SoftPure can also be integrated into a more complete water treatment system, with prefiltration, a pressure regulator if needed, and dedicated drinking-water filtration. These items are offered separately according to the installation’s needs.

Salt and water consumption and exchange capacity correspond to the specified technical values for regeneration using 2.4 kg of salt. Actual regeneration frequency depends in particular on water hardness and household consumption.

Purifio provides free commissioning for every SoftPure 25, whether purchased directly from purifio.eu or from a partner retailer.
What's included
Once the unit has been hydraulically installed and connected, we inspect the existing installation, programme the valve, adjust the outlet water hardness, prepare the unit for operation, test regeneration and explain the main functions.
Direct appointments are arranged within approximately 50 km of Boortmeerbeek. Beyond this area, commissioning remains free and we arrange the appointment with you.
Hydraulic installation is separate
Connecting the unit to the water supply, pipework, drainage, electrical supply, fittings and any preparatory or additional work are not included in the free commissioning service. Hydraulic installation is quoted separately.
Free commissioning is independent of optional Purifio Care and Care+ maintenance plans.
